About the Organization

MBMA is a not-for-profit company incorporated under the Planning Department of the Government of Meghalaya, engaged in the implementation of specialized development projects focused on enhancement of natural resource management, access to finance, livelihood development, enterprise promotion, market linkage, and knowledge services.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field with a strong quantitative component.

 Required Experiences:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in n monitoring and evaluation (M&E), data management, or impact assessment, preferably in the development or public sector.
• At least  2 years of experience working with government programs, NGOs, or donor-funded projects.
• Experience in managing MIS, program databases, and data visualization.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong analytical skills with experience in logframes, KPIs, and M&E dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data tools (e.g., STATA, R, Python).
• Familiarity with digital platforms like KoboToolbox.
• Ability to analyze, visualize, and present data for decision-making.
• Attention to detail and ability to train teams on data collection and quality
