Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to join our team as a Mobilizer cumSupport Associate for the Eye Connect Technician Entrepreneurship Development Program. In this role, candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to Eye Connect Technicians toensure the community outreach, smooth conduct of Vision Screening Camps (VSC), facilitate theshop opening process, and assist technicians in sustaining their businesses. The associate will playacrucialrole in guiding and supporting technicians throughout their entrepreneurial journey. 

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Raise awareness about the Eye Connect Technician Entrepreneurship Development Programin rural and urban communities. 
• Conduct outreach campaigns targeting educational institutions and local communities.
• Mobilize potential candidates and guide them regarding training and self-employment opportunities. 
• Ensure timely enrolment of candidates and fee collection as per programrequirements.
• Assist with the shop opening process, including location selection, setup, financial negotiations, and operational procedures. 
• Provide ongoing support in inventory management, marketing, and customer relations toensure business sustainability. 
• Facilitate and oversee the smooth conduct of Vision Screening Camps in collaborationwithEye Connect Technicians. 
• Conduct regular visits to technician shops to assess performance, address challenges, andprovide necessary training or guidance. 
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, including community leaders, NGOs, and government agencies, to enhance program visibility. 
• Maintain accurate records of activities, including participant data and feedback, and support project leadership in developing strategies for long-term success. 

Desired Skill Sets: 

• Familiarity and ability to work on MS office tools (Power point, Excel, Word).
• Prior experience with the Healthcare sector is preferred. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provideguidance to rural entrepreneurs. 
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving program objectives and empowering Eye Connect Technicians.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field required. 

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship support, or related roles. 

Term: 1 year - Fixed term contract 

Location: Delhi, Mohali, Bhubaneswar, Wardha, Aurangabad, Jalna, Kolkata, Nashik, Amravati, Nagpur.
