Job Description/Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure grants, donations, and partnerships from various stakeholders, including corporates, government bodies, and foundations.
• Prepare grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and fundraising campaigns.
• Build and manage relationships with donors, corporate partners, and foundations to ensure long-term funding sustainability.
• Track fundraising activities, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with all legal and financial requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate fundraising initiatives into overall communication strategies.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in business, engineering, non-profit management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development, preferably in non-profit or start-up ecosystems.
• Strong communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in securing corporate sponsorships, government grants, and other funding sources is desirable.

Age: Below 35 years as of the date of application.

Skills desirable for the position:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong network and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of start-up ecosystems and industry trends.
• Problem-solving, and project management skills.
