India is an important country in our global portfolio, the Communications Manager, India will be responsible for delivering targeted communications projects which progress our reputation and business within India. This role will elevate how Corteva communicates and engages with internal and external audiences, raising awareness and interest to the organization’s significant achievements and continued focus across agriculture.

Job Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain FCRA-related vouchers and files as per rules and regulations.
  • Ensure accurate posting of heads of accounts and timely preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain Investment Register and ensure compliance for CI, PF & Gratuity investments, including smooth trust audits.
  • Maintain and update Fixed Asset Register with accurate entries for purchase, transfer, and disposal.
  • Reconcile Imprest Accounts of Regional Offices and ensure staff TDS calculations, documentation, and quarterly filings.
  • Ensure compliance with FCRA, including correspondence with MHA/IT authorities on financial issues.
  • Maintain MIS on staff benefits and ensure renewal/compliance of medical insurance.
  • Ensure timely compliance of Service Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Support co-Finance Officer during absence and perform any other tasks assigned by Lead – Admin Finance.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4-6 years experience

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliances relevant to NGOs, including labor laws, taxation, and regulatory reporting. Proficiency in accounting with hands-on experience in Tally Prime. Good command of MS Office tools, especially Word and Excel (data management, reporting, and analysis). Effective communication and public relations skills for internal and external coordination. Proactive attitude with willingness to take initiatives to strengthen internal control systems and improve processes.

Salary

Rs. 60,000/- CTC per month
