To achieve this, Vibha is on a focused 5-year mission to strengthen public education systems across India, especially in primary and pre-primary age groups. Vibha has signed MoUs with multiple state governments—including Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Delhi—and works closely with government agencies and NGO partners to deliver scalable, replicable solutions

Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Director – Vibha Impact Programs (Technology Team) to lead Vibha’s technology-driven initiatives, support state-level partnerships, and strengthen internal systems for scale and impact.

Job Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead a team of IT and Data Analysis experts supporting Vibha’s Program Management Units (PMUs) and partner projects.
• Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and innovation across teams and states.

Government Engagement & Solution Design

• Develop and customize technology solution pitches for state governments, aligning with their education needs and Vibha’s mission.
• Present proposals and solutions to senior officials in various state departments.
• Build strong relationships with government stakeholders to expand Vibha’s footprint.

Program Monitoring & Field Engagement

• Oversee implementation and monitoring of technology-based projects across multiple states.
• Conduct quarterly visits to each project site to assess progress, challenges, and impact.
• Ensure project KPIs, reports, and technology deliverables are met on time.

Data Systems & Reporting

• Maintain and improve Vibha’s internal MIS to support donor reporting.
• Coordinate modifications and updates to the MIS to meet evolving requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely data reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Operations team on program-related aspects, ensuring smooth integration of technology solutions.
• Collaborate with the CSR team to support project pitches to corporate partners and CSR donors.
• Share learnings and best practices across states and partner projects.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Data Sciences, Education Technology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in technology-driven program management, preferably in education or social impact.
• Proven track record of leading technology teams and delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong experience in engaging with government stakeholders and pitching solutions.
• Expertise in MIS/data systems design, implementation, and reporting.
• Excellent project monitoring, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across states for quarterly project visits.
• Passion for leveraging AI/GenAI and technology to drive systemic change in education.
