About the Organization

Vazhndhu Kattuvom Project alias Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project is an innovative World Bank assisted Project that aims at rural transformation through strategies that look beyond poverty alleviation by building sustainability and prosperity of rural communities through rural enterprise promotion, access to finance and employment opportunities in the selected blocks of Tamil Nadu.

The Project will build on existing institutional capital and investments made by TNEPRP, TNSRLM and NRLP.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Master In Business Administration Technology/Engineering Computer Application /Science / Social Work or equivalent from any recognised university

Experience

• An individual with impeccable track record and adequate experience in the field of Enterprise Development and Promotion as an enabler of Start-up, Innovation and Entrepreneurship ecosystem by virtue of managing / leading reputed innovation & start-up promoting organizations incubators / accelerators centres-of-excellence entrepreneurship development cells/ mentoring organization etc. or its flagship programmes with excellent communication skills.
• Preferably should have worked in: [1] Start-up [as Founder / Co-founder / Managing Director / Chairman /CEO]
• Overall 15+ years of experience in Social Entrepreneurship, IT industry, Marketing & Branding.
