Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited (GACL) is an Indian chemical substance manufacturing company, promoted by the Government of Gujarat. Its manufacturing facilities are located at Dahej and Vadodara in Gujarat.

Position: Coordinator (CSR) for GACL Foundation Trust (GFT)

Qualification : Masters Degree in Social Sciences or Social Work, MBA in Rural Management or equivalent from government recognized university

Job Description

The selected person will initially be appointed on a fixed term contract for GACL Foundation Trust

• The candidate should have min 07 years of work experience in CSR and / development administration.
• The candidate should be able to design, propose, monitor and strategize CSR projects, the CSR budget, co-ordinate the Board meetings and with the various stakeholders including the Board members of the Society.
• The candidate should be able to Liaise with Government and local agencies for various permissions, grants and implementation of projects.
• Ensure smooth implementation of all projects through field visits and regular review meetings.
• Ensure continuous monitoring and evaluation and documentation of the projects.
• The incumbent should have expertise to conduct thorough due diligence of the project proposals received.
• He/She may ensure appropriate fund flow and timely release of funds.
• Should have Fluency in Gujarati, English, and Hindi both verbal and written communication, good organizational skills and ability to do multi-tasking.
• Those having experience of working with the children with special needs may be preferred over others.
