Job Responsibilities

• Conduct, host, and manage webinars for various academic programs, ensuring smooth execution.
• Create social media posts, banners, and creatives using Canva and schedule regular postings across platforms.
• Edit short videos, reels, or promo clips as per content requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, faculty members, and external vendors for marketing-related tasks.
• Upload, update, and manage website banners on IITK/OOA platforms for all ongoing programs.
• Use tools like ChatGPT or other AI platforms to improve productivity & content accuracy.
• Assist the marketing team with additional operational tasks whenever required.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate degree (MBA) + 05 years relevant experience OR' Graduate (BBA) + 8 years relevant experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in webinar hosting, content creation, and social media management.
• Proficiency in Canva or other tools for post and banner design.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple programs simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and webinar tools (Zoom, Webex, etc.).
