Eco Warrior is the sustainability-focused brand of Envirosurge Solutions Private Limited, dedicated to advancing India’s sustainability goals through practical, community-driven solutions. We engage with Urban Local Bodies, industries, institutions and communities across urban and rural areas to deliver end-to-end consultancy services as well as on-ground implementation for waste management, sanitation, hygiene, black and grey water management, water body restoration, zero-waste initiatives, environmental awareness and capacity building. Our work directly supports flagship government initiatives including the Swachh Bharat Mission Urban and Gramin, Solid Waste Management Rules, Open Defecation Free (ODF) Certification, Garbage Free City Star Rating, AMRUT and Smart Cities Mission. Job Responsibilities

• IEC Planning & Execution: Design and implement city-level IEC campaigns aligned with Swachh Survekshan themes and timelines.
• Community Engagement: Organize ward-level awareness programs, Nukkad Nataks, rallies, competitions, etc., to promote citizen participation.
• Content Development: Prepare brochures, banners, social media content, jingles, and creatives tailored to local context and behavior change.
• Media Coordination: Collaborate with print, digital, and electronic media for campaign coverage and citizen outreach.
• Swachhata App Promotion: Promote citizen engagement tools like Swachhata App, SBM U Feedback platform, etc.
• Branding & Visibility: Ensure proper branding of sanitation assets as per MoHUA guidelines.
• Stakeholder Mobilization: Coordinate with RWAs, schools, SHGs, market associations, and influencers for sustained outreach.
• Documentation of Best Practices: Identify and document success stories and innovations for national submissions.
• Monitoring & Feedback: Capture campaign outcomes and maintain MIS of IEC activities with geotagged photos and reports.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mass Communication / Journalism / Social Work / Sociology / Public Relations or equivalent Experience
• Required Minimum 1 years in similar field
• Language Proficiency in Telugu and English is mandatory.

Skills Required:

• Strong command over content creation in English and regional languages.
• Knowledge of SBM guidelines, Swachh Survekshan themes, and behavior change models (IEC/BCC).
• Proficiency in social media campaigns and digital outreach.
• Creativity in event planning, public engagement, and cultural adaptation of messages.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including media, schools, NGOs, and ULB staff.
• Experience in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
• Prior work in IEC for sanitation or public health projects is desirable.
