Job Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Entry: Collate, verify, and enter data related to Solid Waste Management, ODF+, GFC, and sanitation indicators.
• Swachh Survekshan Portal Management: Ensure timely and accurate uploads on the Swachh Survekshan portal (SS2025) and related dashboards (SSMIS).
• Documentation Support: Maintain systematic digital records including geo-tagged photos, minutes of meetings, stakeholder attendance sheets, etc.
• Indicator Mapping & Score Tracking: Monitor progress on Swachh Survekshan indicators and maintain score tracking sheets.
• Survey Preparation: Assist the team in preparing documentation, evidence submission, and data analytics for survey readiness.
• GIS/Map-based Tracking: Support in mapping of sanitation assets (community toilets, STPs, SWM facilities) using GIS tools if required.
• Coordination with ULB Departments: Liaise with sanitation, engineering, and health departments for data collation and updates.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and gap analysis to guide corrective actions.
• Support for Certifications: Facilitate data submissions and evidence management for GFC star rating and ODF certifications.
• Social media Management: Manage all social media profiles of the ULB.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in CS / IT / Data Analytics / Statistics / Engineering/Geoinformatics / GIS or equivalent
• Experience Required Minimum 2 years in similar field
• Language Proficiency in Telugu and English is mandatory

Skills Required:

• Strong MS Excel and data visualization capabilities.
• Experience with MIS systems, Swachttam Portal, and online dashboards.
• Understanding of urban sanitation indicators and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with geo-tagging tools and file management systems.
• Knowledge of Swachh Bharat Mission, GFC, and ODF protocols.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Experience in working with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) or government projects preferred.
