ABOUT THE PROGRAM
AIF’s Livelihoods program envisions a world where poor and vulnerable communities have access to dignified work opportunities, and empower them with sustainable livelihoods. Since 2006, the Livelihoods Program has directly and indirectly served 2.20 million people from vulnerable communities. Leveraging technology to provide financial and market linkages, knowledge, skills, and dignified work opportunities, the program helps the communities secure jobs, manage enterprises, and make a respectable living. Since its inception in 2006, through its flagship programs Market Aligned Skills Training (MAST) and Ability Based Livelihood Empowerment (ABLE), AIF Livelihoods has provided program support to 825,960 disadvantaged youth, women and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), and impacted 343,727 livelihoods.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
AIFT aims to influence the skilling and employment ecosystem for inclusion and empowerment of youth from the marginalized and economically weaker section of the society through a project over a period of 17 months in 5 districts across the country. This program aims to empower the Sales professionals to excel in their roles by focusing on skilling in credit processing, store security, product expertise, personalized customer support, improved communication skills, interpersonal skills and continuous service improvement.
This project endeavours to benefit 22,000 individuals across these three locations through interventions
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist candidates in all aspects of the job search, including resume writing, interviewing techniques, The MIS Executive will manage and maintain various reports, databases, and information systems. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes and ensure the smooth functioning of the NGO operations. The MIS Executive will work closely with other partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting, helping drive performance improvements and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Report Generation:
- Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Generate weekly, and monthly MIS reports on performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze trends and patterns from the collected data to identify areas for improvement in processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance the efficiency of operations and meet the objectives.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track performance related to NGO operations, including the number of beneficiaries trained, placement percentage, and other operational metrics.
- Monitor three regions performance and entering the data and flag issues to ensure alignment with targets.
System & Database Management:
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring their accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of reporting tools and systems, working closely with all the stakeholders to address any issues or upgrades
Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare and present regular reports to management teams, providing insights on partner’s performance, or any issues requiring attention.
Ad-hoc Reporting:
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from management and provide customized data insights as needed.
- Support business reviews and meetings with relevant data and insight
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Data Analysis or MIS management are a plus.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in an MIS, reporting, or data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Knowledge of data management, reporting, and analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Effective communication skills to present data insights clearly and concisely.
