Job Description

• Working experience on monoclonal antibody development area, characterization, molecular biological experiments like nucleic acid purification, cloning, mutagenesis, antibody engineering, SOP preparation, and experience in cell culture and cell line development is desirable.
• Experience in overall process of mAb development, upstream and downstream process, cell selector etc.
• Candidate having prior experience of equipment handling and should be capable of troubleshooting.
• Handling experience and data analysis for analytical assays like HPLC, UPLC, FPLC, BLI-Octet, SPR and so on.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university with atleast eight (8) years’ of post-qualification experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services.

                             OR

• Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences / M.D./ M.S. or equivalent degree from a recognized university, with atleast four (4) years’ of post-qualification experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services.

Salary

Rs. 49,000/- + HRA
