About the Organisation:
Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), popularly known as Pusa Institute is the leading institution for agricultural research, education and extension in the country. The Institute has been doing pioneering work in various fields of agricultural engineering, microbiology, seed science, soil technology and other areas. The Water Technology Centre (WTC) in IARI is an inter-disciplinary facility for research, teaching, training and extension in agricultural water management. The Institute has 8 regional stations across the country.

About the Project

Science Technology and Innovation Hub for development of Schedule Caste community in Taruru and Indri Blocks, Nuh Mewat District Haryana

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Natural Sciences or Agricultural Sciences/ MVsc or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent with National Eligibility Tests Net including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or
• A selection process through National Level examinations conducted by Central Govt. departments and their agencies and organizations
• Experience of experimental field work especially nursery development, hybrid seed production and protected cultivation.
• Proficiency in computer knowledge (MS Office)
