ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF INDIA (EDII) INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE POST OF PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR KASHIPUR, ODISHA:

Position: Project Coordinator (1)

Location: Kashipur (OD)

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Rural Management/Social Work/ Economics/MBA
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in Microenterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/Self-Employment/ Livelihood/ Women’s related schemes and projects. 
• The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, a high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability, and good communication ability with fluency in English, Hindi, and the local regional language

Job Description: 

• Selected project coordinator will be responsible for providing guidance and counseling to potential and existing entrepreneurs for setting up and developing small and micro enterprises.
• Assisting the micro and small enterprises in procuring technology and forward linkages.
• Organizing workshops and training programs on Entrepreneurship Awareness, Technology-Based Entrepreneurship development, financial literacy, and Life Skills for Entrepreneurs.
• Networking and liaisoning with key stakeholders viz. Funding agencies, Development banks, government departments, NGOs, and Potential and Existing Entrepreneurs.
• Coordinating with the team and preparing project reports.
• Understanding appropriate business ideas and technology solutions.
• Ensuring the timelines and quality of the outputs as well as timely preparation of reports on achievements and challenges faced within the project.
• Facilitating Business Plan Formulation, funding, and infra setup for bank linkages.
• Coordinating Skill Development activities- Production Technology and entrepreneurial value chain.
• Ensuring delivery of resources and results according to planned targets.
• Monitoring and handling the activities related to the Project.
• Data analysis and evaluations related to the programs.
• Assisting in market linkages and credit linkages.
• Identifying and ensuring entrepreneurs' participation in relevant Fairs and exhibitions.
• Participating in all meetings held for review of the progress by EDII H.O./South Regional Office, Bangalore.
• Any other work/activity as assigned by the Office

Type of Employment: On a Contractual basis.

Remuneration: Rs. 72,000 per month CTC
