Job Description

The work involves (but not restricted to) implementation of:

• Blood sample processing & storage
• Respirometry using seahorse analyzer for mitochondrial bioenergetics
• Metabolomics using Liquid chromatography-Mass spectrometry
• Assessment of mitochondrial dysfunctions by Flow cytometry
• In-vitro experiments in LCL models.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Educational Qualification

• Master of Science in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Chemistry

Experience in all of the following areas:

• Hands on experience and expertise in blood sample processing, storage and PBMC isolation
• Hands-on experience in flow-cytometry
• Hands-on experience in liquid chromatography

Salary

₹ 28,000 + 30% HRA per month
