Job Responsibilities

• Assists in designing, organizing, and conducting fieldwork and secondary research.
• Collect, analyze and interpret qualitative and/or quantitative data.
• Conduct literature reviews and prepare summaries for academic and policy documents.
• Support preparation of research reports, presentations and publications.
• Lead the research interns, collaborate with team members, contribute innovative ideas and participate in discussions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of the research process and engage in continuous learning, exploring new methods and tools relevant to the project.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• PhD, Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or related fields. (early career researches, m.phil
• Prior experience in research, fieldwork, or data analysis will be an advantage, but motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong research aptitude, passionate for research -Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Basic familiarity with data analysis softwares is desirable. -Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and targets.
• Curiosity, adaptability and enthusiasm for new learning.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of social science disciplines is an advantage.
• Additional research experience in the public health domain is desirable.

Salary

INR 30,000/ month
