Senior Executive – Incubation

If you have 2–4 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify & onboard high-potential startups 
• Facilitate mentoring, funding, and service support 
• Manage programs like hackathons, demo days & investor connects 
• Build partnerships with academia, corporates & ecosystem enablers 
• Maintain reports, ensure compliance & support outreach campaigns 
• Coordinate incubation budgets & government fund documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Strong grasp of the startup lifecycle & innovation ecosystemExcellent communication, coordination & stakeholder managementProficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace & CRM tools.A proactive, detail-oriented go-getter who thrives in a startup-like environment

Location: AIC-Pinnacle Entrepreneurship Forum, MIDC, Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master’s in Business, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or related fields
