About the Organization

Inclusive Minds is a 360° political consulting firm aligned with the Indian National Congress. We offer electioneering, policy and governance advisory to support our clients. Our team comprises both seasoned political consultants who have contributed across the political spectrum from the inception of this space, and other professionals with varied expertise who joined us through the journey.

About the Fellowship

WISE is India's first exclusive training program designed to increase women representation in political consulting. This 3-month virtual program offers hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and real-world assignments, equipping college students and fresh graduates with the skills and exposure needed to thrive in political consulting. More than just a program, WISE is a bold step towards making political consulting a legitimate and accessible career choice for women.

Eligibility

• Indian citizens below 25 years of age
