About STPI

STPI - Software Technology Parks of India is a premier S&T organization under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, established in 1991, with a mandate to promote software exports from the country. Today, with 14 jurisdictional directorates that comprises of 71 centres, out of which 63 centres are in Tier II & Tier III cities, STPI has expanded its presence across the country. STPI has ensured the growth of software exports and generated employment and entrepreneurial opportunities. STPI facilitates IT/ITES/ESDM industry by providing single window clearance services, world-class internet connectivity, state-of-the-art incubation & other infrastructure services, which aim to encourage, promote, and boost software exports.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

For Direct Recruit:

• Absorption/ Direct Recruitment basis.
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with six years’ experience in the field of personnel/ administration/ vigilance.
• Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with four years’ experience in the field of personnel/ administration/

Desirable:

• Diploma in Personnel/ Financial/ Purchase Management.
• MBA from recognized University with one year experience in the field of Personnel/ Administration/ Vigilance.

For Absorption:

• In case of absorption, officers of the Central/ State Govt./ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies
• Holding analogous post on regular basis OR having Five (5) years regular service in Pay Matrix Level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400) and having experience in Administration/ Personnel/ Vigilance.
• Possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment.
