Job Description

IRMA School requires three Field Investigator to work on project related to "Sustainable Dairy Farming and Value Chain Development: Innovations & Strategies for Sustainable Livelihood Diversification for Small and Marginal Dairy Farmers" in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh & Rajasthan sponsored by ICSSR, New Delhi.

• Conduct primary data collection through surveys, in-depth interviews, and Focused group discussion (FGDs) for Dairy Farmers.
• Surveys of households, FGDs with rural communities, and in-depth interviews with dairy farmers, Secretary/Chairman of Dairy Co-operative Societies in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Bihar.
• Assistance in preparation of tables, graphs, and basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Candidates must be fluent in Hindi & English Language

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Post-graduate degree in social sciences and allied disciplines with a minimum of 55% b) Substantial experience of conducting surveys will be preferred.

Salary

Fixed amount of Rs.20,000/- per month. This amount includes stay and other local logistics expenditure required for conducting the survey
