Climate Collective is the largest private climate tech startup support organization in South Asia focused on empowering startups by leveraging the resources, partnerships, knowledge and opportunities available within the ecosystem. We believe that climate tech startups play a key role in solving our pressing environmental problems and create a positive climate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in research and critical analysis of impact frameworks and tools
• Work closely with startup founders to understand business models, define impact boundaries, and identify relevant metrics
• Develop and customise impact assessment tools (primarily in MS Excel) for startup use cases across sectors
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and collaborators, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Maintain detailed meeting notes and translate discussions into actionable insights for project tracking
• Assist the team in planning and managing events, training sessions, and workshops

Requirements

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, or related fields
• Strong understanding of climate change, mitigation, adaptation & resilience, and impact metrics
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in climate impact metrics
• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and climate investing landscape would be a bonus
