Samaj Kalyan Foundation is a grassroots NGO working to improve the lives of rural communities through quality education, sustainable livelihoods, women empowerment, and health awareness including HIV prevention and care. We are expanding across Bihar (10 districts), Uttar Pradesh (15 districts), and Uttarakhand (15 districts) and invite dedicated professionals to join our mission.

Open Positions & Coverage

1. District Coordinator (District Level)

• Vacancies:

  • Bihar (10 Districts): Patna, Gaya, Nalanda, Vaishali, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Purnia, Darbhanga, Sitamarhi

  • Uttar Pradesh (15 Districts): Lucknow, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Azamgarh, Mirzapur, Bahraich, Basti, Hardoi, Sultanpur, Fatehpur, Raebareli, Barabanki, Ballia, Deoria

  • Uttarakhand (15 Districts): Dehradun, Haridwar, Nainital, Almora, Pauri Garhwal, Chamoli, Bageshwar, Champawat, Tehri Garhwal, Rudraprayag, Uttarkashi, Pithoragarh, Udham Singh Nagar, Kotdwar, Ranikhet

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all district-level project activities related to child education, goatery, SHG strengthening, livelihood programs, and HIV awareness among women.

• Coordinate with government departments, block coordinators, and health facilities.

• Plan and monitor block-level implementation and ensure reporting compliance.

2. Block Coordinator (Block Level)

• Vacancies: All blocks of the above-mentioned districts.
  Responsibilities:

• Implement project activities at the block level in education, SHG, goatery, and HIV awareness.

• Supervise Panchayat Coordinators and ensure quality execution.

• Organize training, SHG capacity building, and health awareness campaigns (including HIV prevention for women).

3. Panchayat Coordinator (Panchayat Level)

• Vacancies: Every panchayat of the above districts.
  Responsibilities:

• Direct community engagement for school enrollment, SHG meetings, goatery care, and HIV awareness sessions for women.

• Facilitate health linkages for HIV-positive women and provide counseling referrals.

• Mobilize rural households for livelihood and health programs.

Eligibility Criteria (For All Positions)

• Minimum Graduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Health, or related fields.

• Experience in community mobilization, SHG formation, livelihood programs, or HIV care awareness (preferred).

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) and willingness for field visits.

Salary & Benefits:

• District Coordinator: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month + ₹2,200 travel allowance

• Block Coordinator: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month + ₹2,200 travel allowance

• Panchayat Coordinator: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + ₹2,200 travel allowance
