About the Organization

NRLM is being implemented in Assam by Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission Society (ASRLMS) with the objectives laid by NRLM for enhancing the social and economic empowerment of the rural poor of Assam. It is an independent and autonomous body under Society Registration Act XXI of 1860, and established by Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Government of Assam on 11th Nov’2011.

About the Proposal

Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM) invites applications from the interested Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs) under DDUGKY 2.0 scheme having Permanent Registration Number (PRN) obtained from the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Govt of India for implementation in the State of Assam.

There shall be four categories of PIA under DDU-GKY: -

• Captive Employers
• Existing PIAs having experience of greater than 50% placement with DDU-GKY.
• Skilling Agencies who do not have any DDU-GKY experience
• Start-ups for Skilling recognized by Dept of Industrial Policy&Promotion, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Gol

Eligibility

In order to be eligible to apply for a project, an entity should be: -

• Registered under Indian Trust Acts or any State Society Registration Act or any State Cooperative Societies or Multi-State Co-operative Acts or the Companies Act 2013 or the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2008, or SHGs and its federations namely Cluster Level Federation/Block Level Federations
• A Government or semi-government organization at the State and National Levels.
• NGOs must be registered with NITI Aayog's Darpan Portal.
• Be more than three years old at the time of application except Start-ups.

How to Apply

Interested PIAs are encouraged to apply for projects aligning with their areas of expertise having PRN, allotted from MoRD, may apply online portal of MoRD i.e https://kaushal.rural.gov.in along with the non-refundable requisite fee of Rs 25,000 I for initial Screening in favour of Appraisal Agency. Only Those PIAs who clear/pass the initial screening will be intimated to deposit Rs. 1,25,000 plus GST for Quality Appraisal.

National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR) has been empaneled as ProjetAppraisal Agency under DDU-GKY 2.0 in Assam. The appraisal of DDU-GKY project has to be conducted through the IT platform provided by MoRD only

The State Project Approval Committee (PAC) shall have the final authority for sanction of the Project proposals based on budget availability, sector preferences, district coverage and number of candidates to be allotted. Those who are interested, may please aiply through the portal https://kaushal.rural.gor,.in within 21 days of publication of this notice. Any application received after that date will be considered by ASRLM in its subsequent PAC meetings, subject to availability of targets
