About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Recruitment & Staffing to lead end-to-end talent acquisition and staffing activities across CSRBOX Group. The role will be responsible for managing recruitment pipelines, strengthening sourcing channels, partnering with hiring managers, ensuring timely closures, and building a strong talent pool for corporate, CSR, social impact, field, and project-based roles across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing Strategy

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational manpower requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across different functions, levels, and locations.
  • Understand business and project requirements and translate them into effective hiring plans.
  • Support workforce planning and staffing requirements for new and ongoing projects.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.

2. End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to joining.
  • Prepare and review Job Descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, campus hiring, professional networks, consultants, and other relevant channels.
  • Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
  • Coordinate assessments, interviews, feedback, salary discussions, and offer rollouts.
  • Ensure regular follow-up with selected candidates until joining.
  • Maintain backup candidates for critical and time-sensitive positions.

3. High-Volume & Project Hiring

  • Lead bulk recruitment for CSR and social impact projects across multiple locations.
  • Build location-specific talent pools for field and project-based positions.
  • Manage recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, campus drives, and virtual hiring campaigns.
  • Ensure staffing requirements are fulfilled within project timelines.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-hire locations and specialized roles.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, project leads, functional heads, and senior leadership.
  • Understand role requirements, timelines, budgets, and candidate expectations.
  • Conduct regular recruitment reviews with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely interview feedback and decision-making.
  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner to business and project teams.

5. Recruitment MIS & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics including:
  1. Time to Hire
  2. Time to Fill
  3. Offer-to-Joining Ratio
  4. Source Effectiveness
  5. Cost per Hire
  6. Candidate Dropout Rate
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for management.
  • Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.

6. Employer Branding & Talent Pool Development

  • Strengthen CSRBOX Group's employer brand across relevant recruitment channels.
  • Develop engaging hiring campaigns and recruitment communication.
  • Build relationships with colleges, universities, professional networks, and sector-specific talent communities.
  • Maintain an active database of potential candidates for future requirements.
  • Explore innovative sourcing methods to improve quality and reduce hiring timelines.

7. Recruitment Process & Compliance

  • Ensure recruitment is conducted in accordance with the organization's recruitment policy and SOP.
  • Maintain complete and accurate recruitment documentation for audit purposes.
  • Ensure adherence to equal opportunity and non-discrimination principles.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
  • Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained before offer release.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, SOPs, and hiring workflows.

Candidate Profile

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably with experience in high-volume or multi-location hiring.
  • Experience in managing recruitment teams will be preferred.
  • Experience in CSR, NGO, development sector, consulting, staffing, or project-based organizations will be an advantage.
  • Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment drives, campus hiring, and project requirements, when required.
