This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

1. Coordinate, manage and monitor the quality of the output delivered by the team.
2. Review costs and strategies. Cost optimization plans to make projects operationally and financially viable.
3. Improve processes and policies, in support of organizational goals.
4. Plan optimum use of available human resources by planning work schedules and ensuring adherence to task and abilities.
5. Improving efficiency of manpower and services by generating and analyzing MIS reports.
6. Strategize for business and service extensions and improvements.
7. Weekly review of field services, team development and training, public relation activities and vendor management.
8. Stakeholder Management and AR realisation

Desirable Qualification & Experience:

1. Masters Degree/Degree,
2. Having 6-7 years of experience in Project management
