MAMTA HIMC, is a National level institute of repute which is relentlessly working for the last 30 years on Maternal and Child health, Adolescent and young people’s Sexual & Reproductive Health and Right’s (SRHR), in partnerships with a wide range of organizations, local, state, national and international levels. 

About the Proposal

The proposed intervention is in line with the national education policy for enhancing the education and skills of students by improving their capacity regarding life-skill, self-efficacy and Gender Sestization in schools with the support of peer educators-led school-centric pedagogy. This project approach has provision to complement the implementation of the national program while applying students centric – teachers supported approach to improve academic performance outcomes. Under the project we are targeting to impannel an photo and videography agency for not only capturing photos and videos of the intervention but also for developing project impact film.

The overall purpose of this RFQ is to do the photo and videography of the intervention as per the requirement of the project and discussion with Mamta Project Team form May 2025 to February 2026.

Objectives

• To capture the pre and post photos and video of the different activities in selected schools of GB Nagar to assess the impact of the project and show at different platform.
• To develop script and plan, for different session of photo and videography in different planned school.
• To capture proper testimonials, of school principals, teachers, SMC members, Children, parents, etc. regarding the positive attitude for project implementation.

Scope of work

• The engagement will cover the period from May 2025 to February 2026.
• Project is implementing in 300 schools of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• Photography and videography will take place in the selected 30 schools by Project team.

Deliverables

• Total 10-15 days visit to selected 30 schools of Noida.
• Creating one film of 5 – 6 minutes capturing all the details of the program.
• Create smaller 3 – 4 reels for social media platforms.
• Capturing bytes of stakeholders like principal, school children, Mamta officils, Noida education administration/CSR administrator of Noida, etc.
• Total fianl 200 photos graphs and all raw footage of photos and videos.
• The data, informtaion including photographs and videographs will be the property of MAMTA HIMC. and the agency shall not use it in any form without the written permission from a competent authority in MAMTA HIMC.
