One Purpos is looking for 2 Senior Engagement Associates to lead outreach, communication and relationship-building initiatives with organizations and stakeholders across the impact ecosystem.

What You'll Do

1. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, social enterprises, CSR organizations and other impact-sector organizations.
• Act as a key point of contact for assigned organizations and stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements, identify opportunities for collaboration and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations and regular check-ins.

2. Recruitment & Talent Engagement

• Manage recruitment mandates from understanding job requirements through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up and onboarding.
• Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, OnePurpos' talent pool and other relevant channels.
• Conduct candidate screening conversations to assess:

  • Role fit
  • Salary expectations
  • Notice period
  • Motivation
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles within the impact sector.

3. Outreach & Business Engagement

• Lead proactive outreach to potential organizations and partners.
• Initiate conversations with decision-makers, HR teams, founders and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and engage organizations that can benefit from OnePurpos' platform and services.
• Follow up consistently and move conversations from initial outreach to active engagement.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective organizations through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.

4. Lead Outreach Activities

• Plan and execute outreach campaigns across calls, emails, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Lead organization-focused outreach activities and track progress against targets.
• Identify new outreach opportunities and develop strategies to improve response and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups and outcomes.

5. Events & Ecosystem Engagement

• Support and lead outreach for networking events, job fairs, webinars, masterclasses and other One Purpos initiatives.
• Coordinate with organizations, recruiters, candidates and other stakeholders to drive participation.
• Represent OnePurpos professionally at external events, meetings and ecosystem engagements.
• Build relationships within the social impact ecosystem through events and community engagement.

6. Communication & Relationship Management

• Draft and deliver professional emails, outreach messages, proposals and other communication.
• Communicate OnePurpos' value proposition clearly to different stakeholders.
• Handle queries, concerns and follow-ups professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

7. Reporting & Process Improvement

• Maintain outreach, recruitment, candidate and client data using CRM, spreadsheets or other internal tools.
• Track recruitment and outreach performance, conversions and stakeholder engagement.
• Share regular updates and insights with the team.
• Identify gaps in recruitment and outreach processes and suggest ways to improve efficiency and conversion.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Graduate in any discipline. A background in Business, Marketing, HR, Social Sciences, Communications or related fields is preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in client engagement, business development, outreach, partnerships, recruitment, sales, community engagement or a similar client-facing role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong English and Hindi communication is preferred.
• Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders, HR teams, founders and organizational representatives.
• Outreach Skills: Strong ability to initiate conversations, conduct follow-ups and build relationships through cold outreach.
• Ownership: Ability to independently manage outreach activities, follow-ups, meetings and stakeholder relationships.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with different stakeholders.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRM/engagement tools and digital communication platforms.
• Professionalism: Confident, organized, persistent and comfortable representing OnePurpos externally.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working with NGOs, CSR organizations, social enterprises, startups, education organizations or other impact-sector organizations.
• Experience managing institutional clients or partnerships.
• Experience conducting outreach campaigns or leading stakeholder-engagement initiatives.
• Existing understanding of India's social impact ecosystem.
