About the Organization
Established in 2007, the National Health Systems Resource Centre, a premier Think Tank for MoHFW, is mandated to assist in policy and strategy development in the provision and mobilization of technical assistance to the states and in capacity building for the Ministry of Health.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the NP-NCD programme team to conduct a situation analysis including mapping of key stakeholders and understand the programme needs.
- In coordination with NP-NCD team, develop tools for reviewing implementation of the programme with reference to services, human resource management, infrastructure, equipment, drugs and capacity building.
- To examine data for inconsistencies and follow-up with the states for rectifying the errors in data.
- To develop indicators/templates of reports/dash boards/ scorecards as per requirement.
- To compile reports based on data analysis using statistical tools for providing to different stakeholders.
- To identify gaps and suggest solutions for improvising existing application for data reporting.
- To provide training to State & District level officers on various aspects of data reporting formats, reports and utilization of data.
- Interact closely with the state teams to determine challenges and provide solutions in programme implementation.
- Additional technical roles (publications, studies etc) within assigned areas.
- Undertake any other assignments, which may be assigned from time to time.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- MBBS/BDS/AYUSH with Post Graduate Degree in Community Medicine/Community Health Administration/Public Health with 2 years experience after obtaining post graduate degree.
OR
- MBBS/AYUSH/BDS with 5 years experience in Public Health at National/State level
Salary
Rs. 1,20,000 per month
